Ingredients



For Chinese Fried Rice

  • 3 cup cooked rice(for exact Bangladeshi style use kalijeera or chinigura)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter/ ghee
  • 2 cup your choice vegetables (carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower, tomato, cabbage, capsicum, bay corn etc.)
  • 3-4 eggs (large)
  • 1/3 cup onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup spring onion chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon tasting salt to taste(optional)
  • Salt to taste

Step 1:Cut vegetables into your desire size sliced or diced. Beat eggs with salt; Add 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add eggs in pan and scramble it (or you can fry eggs and cut into pieces late but don’t make it hard, softer test better). Remove the eggs from pan and same pan add rest of oil.
Step 2: When oil is ready, add vegetables and pinch of salt and fry 1-2 minutes. Stir it. Add onion, green chillies and after 1 minute add rice. Stir it and add one by one soy sauce, pepper, salt, tomato sauce, fried eggs, spring onion sugar and tasting salt. Stir well.
Step 3: When all ingredients mix well, add butter / ghee and turn off heat. Enjoy Bangladeshi Chinese Style Egg Fried Rice.

For Chinese Vegetable

  • Boneless Chicken: 1 cup
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1tsp
  • Lime Juice 1 tsp
  • Carrot, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Broccoli, Yellow and Red Bell Pepper 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Chicken Stock 1/2 + 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1/4 cup
  • Green Chilli 4 pcs
  • Light Soy Sauce 1tsp
  • Fish Sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn Starch 1 tbsp

Step 1:Mix chicken, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and marinate for 1 hr.Half boil broccoli, carrot, zucchini, green beans , cauliflower for 2 min.
Step 2:Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; Add ginger ,garlic and chicken cook and stir chicken until meat is no longer pink in the center, add half cup of chicken stock to cook about 5-10 minutes. Transfer chicken and sauce to a bowl and wipe skillet clean.
Step 3: Heat remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat; . Stir in onion , green chilli , vegetables; continue to cook add fish oil ,soy sauce and the chicken. Pour remaining chicken stock and 1 tbsp corn starch .

Ingredients



For Chicken Manchurian

  • Chicken breast - 500 gm
  • Egg - 1 small
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1/4 cup
  • All purpose flour - 1/2 cup


For Sauce

  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Cashews - 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 tablespoon finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 cup cut into cube
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato puree - 1 cup
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 3 tablespoon
  • Red Chili Flakes - 1 tablespoon
  • Green Chilies - 2 cut into julianno
  • Capsicum - 1 cut into cube
  • Vinegar - 4 tablespoon

Step 1:Cut chicken breast in to cubes, mix it in egg ,pepper and salt.Keep aside. In a a bowl mix cornstarch and flour together.Coat the chicken cube with flour mixture one by one. Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry the coated chicken cube until light brown in color.Keep on a kitchen tissue.
Step 2:Pour two tablespoon oil in a another pan,add cashews and fry until golden in color. Add onion,ginger and garlic to saute. Add tomato puree and simmer for a while then add marinated chicken and cook it well then add capsicum, vinegar, soya sauce, red chilies,green chilies, salt, tomato sauce and cashews, mix it well and cook for 2 mins.
Step 3: Dissolve three tablespoon corn flour in water and add into sauce to make a thick gravy. Keep the flame on high. Check the consistency of gravy; now pour the gravy in serving dish and serve it with fried rice.
